I considered myself someone who was always open-minded. After I took this course I realized that I’d been doing the same-old-things I’d been doing since my university days. I didn’t recognize how closed-minded and resigned about life I’d actually become. I can say that this course has been the most impactful course I’ve ever experienced and it’s impacted me both at home and at work. The Director of IT and I had been in a 3-year battle…we were virtually having a war between my Engineering Group and his IT department. At the end of the 2nd day of this course, I got to the source of all of our disagreements…the Head of IT and I literally stood up in front of 80 of our colleagues and publicly apologized to one another…that was over 15 months ago and our departments continue to work together in ways we never imagined before we did this training.
In this course I discovered how careful and controlling I’d become in leading my work group. I used the processes from the course back with my colleagues and over the next year we exceeded our sales budget by just over 50%.
