What is the Mastering Performance Program? TLC’s Mastering Performance Program is a transformational training and development approach to engaging people in organizations in such a way that they discover and are naturally used-by the distinctions of what it takes to consistently produce breakthrough results.


Our Mastering Leadership Program builds on the cutting-edge technology from the world-famous Being a Leader program including the Four Foundational Factors of Leadership, and from the Wall Street Journal’s bestseller’s book list, The 3 Laws of Performance, Acknowledgement HERE

In this particular program our Consultants work with individuals and/or teams and we coach them on discovering new ways of being that are required to produce results that are consistent with fulfilling the future they have created.

HOW THIS PROGRAM IS ACTUALLY DELIVERED
  • Three-Workshop Days delivered in two separate modules: Work-days #1 & #2 are delivered back-to-back and Work-day #3 is delivered approximately 4-6 weeks afterwards to allow the participants to share best-practices, reinforce the core training distinctions and to ensure the participants expand on what they’re discovering in the years to come
  • On-boarding Video Conference Call & Pre-Program Reading: to orient all participants to TLC’s unique discovery learning methodology
  • One-on-One Coaching available to Participants throughout the duration of this program
  • On-line modules available throughout the duration of this program to reinforce key workshop distinctions and to provide participants with a medium for sharing best-practices with colleagues
  • A Completion Video Conference Call: delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after Work-day #3 to provide group-coaching
